Minimum Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Swiss mobile phone number
  • Internet-connected Smartphone running at least iOS 15 or Android 8.0
  • You must not already be in any other MyFoodRepo studies (including MyFoodRepo.AI)

Health Eligibility

While the study poses no risks, this study requires participants without specific medical conditions; individuals meeting any of the following criteria cannot participate.

  • Critically ill patients
  • Neurological disorder (e.g. Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, or epilepsy)
  • Severe psychiatric condition (e.g. major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
  • Sleep disorder or self-reported chronic sleep issues
  • Usage of illicit drugs within the past 30 days
  • Usage of cognitive enhancers (e.g. modafinil, methylphenidate) within the past 30 days
  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding
  • Chronically active inflammatory or neoplastic disease in the past three years
  • Myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident in the past six months
