Minimum Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Swiss mobile phone number
- Internet-connected Smartphone running at least iOS 15 or Android 8.0
- You must not already be in any other MyFoodRepo studies (including MyFoodRepo.AI)
Health Eligibility
While the study poses no risks, this study requires participants without specific medical conditions; individuals meeting any of the following criteria cannot participate.
- Critically ill patients
- Neurological disorder (e.g. Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, or epilepsy)
- Severe psychiatric condition (e.g. major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
- Sleep disorder or self-reported chronic sleep issues
- Usage of illicit drugs within the past 30 days
- Usage of cognitive enhancers (e.g. modafinil, methylphenidate) within the past 30 days
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- Chronically active inflammatory or neoplastic disease in the past three years
- Myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident in the past six months
